Visual Systeemi is a VJ / media / video art collective founded by Henrik Axlund and Petri Ruikka. Henrik is a Swedish animator, designer, media artist and VJ living and working in Turku, Finland. Petri Ruikka works as a director, designer, organiser / producer and curator on various projects.

The starting point of the Visual Systeemi lies in VJing. Visual Systeemi has done over 100 visual performances in Finland and abroad.

They have played in clubs, concerts, festivals and on national television. Visual Systeemi has also produced a number of cross artistic productions such as The World of PIKU, VideoLounge,Mix Sessions and Ritual Systeemi and also worked with several organizations such as Kiasma (URB festival),Pixelache festival, Koneisto festival, Flow festival, Uuden Musiikin Festivaali - UMF, Varsinais-Suomen runoviikot, Wäinö Aaltonen Museum of Art (Turku) and Turun Taiteiden Yö.
